The year 2007 marked the inception of KSK College of Education situated at Thanjavur, where building the future stands as the key mission. Situated in Kumbakonam, a famous Taluk of Tamil Nadu, this affiliated college stretches its area of more than 5 acres of land. Recognised by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE), KSK College of Education is imparting quality teacher education. The college has a capacity of 277 students and a faculty of 22 members, which makes it a conducive environment for students who aspire to be teachers. The institution currently offers two full-time courses: teacher education B.Ed & M.Ed for undergrad and postgraduate categories.

This college has among the most impressive array of establishments, formed for additional improvement of the learning process for the students. KSK College of Education provides the academic concentration with two main subjects in teacher training. The Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) programme is a two-year full-time course that was approved to intake hundred students. For those who wish to pursue the master's degree in education, the Master of Education (M.Ed.) programme is also a two-year full-time curriculum offering 50 seats.
