The intake capacity of the B.Sc Nursing course of LJM Nursing Institute is approved for 50 seats. Candidates are admitted to the course for four years on the basis of their performance at 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as mandatory subjects. The likely candidates must have a minimum aggregate of 45-50% marks in these subjects.
Post Basic B.Sc Nursing is a two-year course that admits 40 students. It is meant for registered nurses who have done the GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery) course. LJM Nursing Institute admission is open for those candidates holding a valid RN/RM (Registered Nurse and Registered Midwife) certificate.
GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery) is a 40-seat course as well as a three-year diploma course. Entry is generally as per the 10+2 results, with a first preference for students who studied Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.
For the ANM (Auxiliary Nurse Midwife) course, 40 students are taken in at once for the two-year certificate course. 10+2 from any stream aspirants can also apply, although science as a subject may receive some priority.
