Degree wise Admission Process
BA, B. Sc, and B.Com: Admission to these undergraduate programs is merit-based. The institute evaluates the applicant's performance in the qualifying examinations (typically 10+2) towards eligibility and selection. Across both B.Sc programs, emphasis is placed on the Bio Group and Maths Group.
B.Ed: The B.Ed program is for future teachers and has a two-step mechanism of admission. The student first must pass an initial entrance examination and then be counseled following that. This course has an approved capacity of 100 students.
D.El.Ed: Admission to this program is similar to the B.Ed program, namely, with an entrance examination and a counseling process. This program also carries an approved intake of a hundred students.
LLB: Admission to the LLB program is via an entrance examination. He ensures that the students possess required traits to study law. This program has an approved intake of 120 students.

Actually it seems to me that your question is not so clear.
If you have pursued LLB course already and then if you are not attending then it doesn't impact on your fee structure at all. You also have to pay for the classes that you have not attended.
However if you are talking about distance course, then I want to talk you one thing that LLB is not a theoretical course at all you should have various practical knowledge as well in LLB. That's why there are very few universities which provides distance LLB courses.like
