The Institute adheres to the selection process guidelines provided by the state and university.

D.El.Ed (Diploma in Elementary Education): The D.El.Ed program at SPIT also has 50 available seats. Admissions to this diploma will be based on merit in qualifying examination and/or entrance examination performance. The selection process follows the policy set by the state government/UT Administration.
