Sarvajanik College of Physiotherapy, Surat, came into existence in the year 2001. One of the leading institutes providing physiotherapy education in Gujarat, India, it is affiliated to K Rita Arts College and is sited at the heart of Surat. The college offers different special programmes in physiotherapy. The college has a concentrated learning environment with a total number of students enrolling in the institute at 217, while the faculty strength is at 10. Various courses are offered by the institute, including 5 courses in the 2 different degrees, having a number of specialisations like physiotherapy, for instance, rehabilitation sciences, musculoskeletal sciences, neurological sciences, and much more. The admissions into the MPT programmes, which include specialisations in Rehabilitation Sciences, Musculoskeletal Sciences, Neurological Sciences, Cardiopulmonary Sciences, etc., shall be merit-based. Preparation of the merit list shall be based on an online entrance test to be conducted by VNSGU. The entrance test will test the aptitude and knowledge of the candidate in physiotherapy. This will ensure that only the most meritorious students are admitted into the advanced course.
