Degree wise Admission Process

B.P.Ed (Bachelor of Physical Education):
The sanctioned intake for B. P. Ed. at Shriyut Mahavidyalaya is 100 seats. This process is relatively stricter as it consists of numerous phases. Selection of candidates for entry into the course is based on written examination, test of efficiency in sports, and a test for physical fitness, supplemented with appropriate qualifying marks. Thus the selection really ensures that students are good in both academic knowledge and physical clearness.

B.Ed (Bachelor of Education):
The B.Ed program, which has 50 seats, is conducted on the basis of admission by merit. The candidates will be selected based on merit in terms of qualifying examination and/or entrance examination, with the percentage of weightage specific to policies of the State Government, UT Administration, and the affiliated University. This course prepares students for a career in teaching and other associated fields.

D.El.Ed (Diploma in Elementary Education):
The D.El.Ed program also conducts merit-based admissions and has an approved intake of 50 candidates. Qualifying examinations and/or an entrance examination determine selection into the program. The admission procedure follows policies laid down by the state government. This diploma course will train students for teaching Elementary Education.
