Located at Jehanabad in Bihar, Sri Ram Suhag Tilak College of Education is a young institution founded in 2017 to mold future educators. This is a co-educational college, which sprawls over a compact area of 0.96 acres; it is an affiliated college approved by the National Council for Teacher Education. At present, the Institute offers only one degree course: Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.), which gives an idea of the emphasis that is placed by the institution on the training of teachers.

The college has various facilities that facilitate the students in getting an appropriate environment to learn. Among the facilities provided to the students is a well-stocked central library with a huge stock of approximately 35,000 books. The library also subscribes to various journals, magazines, and periodicals. The library also houses comfortable reading rooms that help to create the ideal atmosphere for study and research. Currently, the Sri Ram Suhag Tilak College of Education is offering only one course: the two-year full-time B.Ed. program. This will help the college pool its resources toward pursuing quality teacher education. The B.Ed. course has an approved intake of 100 seats, reflecting the capability of the institution to nurture a good number of future teachers every year. 

The admission to the B.Ed course in Sri Ram Suhag Tilak College of Education is based on merits of the marks obtained in the qualifying examination and/or entrance examination. The college functions in accordance with the admission policies prescribed by the state government, UT administration, and the affiliated university.
