Subject- raising awareness about environmental pollution

Dear Sir/Ma’am,

Through the columns of your esteemed newspaper, I, Rakesh Anand, resident of Pratap Bagh, would like to express my concern about the increasing environmental pollution in our community. As a resident of this area, I have observed a steady increase in pollution levels, which is having a detrimental impact on our health and wellbeing.

One of the main causes of pollution in our community is the excessive use of vehicles, which emit harmful gases into the air. The quality of air we breathe has been greatly compromised by this and is resulting in respiratory and other health problems. In addition, the pollution caused by the vehicles also affects our soil, water, and plant life, leading to widespread environmental degradation.

Another significant source of pollution is the indiscriminate disposal of waste. There are instances where trash is carelessly dumped in the rivers, on the streets, and even in residential areas. This careless disposal of waste not only affects the physical appearance of our community but also has a devastating effect on the health of the people living in it.

We need to take immediate action to curb environmental pollution in our community. We must start by educating people on the harmful effects of pollution and the importance of maintaining a clean and healthy environment. Additionally, we need to enforce strict regulations to reduce vehicle emissions and to monitor waste disposal practices.

It is high time we start to act on this matter before the pollution levels reach alarming proportions. We must all take collective responsibility for the environment we live in and work together to make our community a cleaner and healthier place to live in.

Sincerely,

Rakesh Anand

Subject- raising awareness about environmental pollution

Dear Sir/Ma’am,

Through the columns of your esteemed newspaper, I, Naman Shukla, resident of Pratap Bagh, express my deep concern about the increasing levels of environmental pollution in our city. As a resident of this city, I am alarmed by the negative impact that pollution is having on our health and the environment.

One of the major causes of pollution in our city is the high number of vehicles on our roads. The emissions from these vehicles are affecting the quality of air we breathe, which is leading to respiratory problems, cardiovascular diseases, and other health issues. This has become a significant public health concern, especially for children and the elderly.

Another significant source of pollution is the lack of proper waste disposal mechanisms. Our streets and public places are littered with trash, and the indiscriminate disposal of waste is having a devastating impact on our environment. The pollution caused by this waste is affecting our soil, water, and plant life, leading to widespread environmental degradation.

We need to take immediate action to curb environmental pollution in our city. We must start by implementing policies that encourage the use of public transportation, carpooling, and other eco-friendly modes of transportation. We also need to invest in waste management facilities and educate the public on the importance of proper waste disposal practices.

I urge the city authorities to take a more proactive approach to addressing environmental pollution. It is time we take collective responsibility for the environment we live in and work together to make our city a cleaner and healthier place to live in.

Sincerely,

Naman Shukla
