The Expansion of KCET is the Karnataka Common Entrance Test. KCET is a State - level entrance exam conducted by the Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) for candidates who need to get seats in various government or private educational institutions within the state of Karnataka.
The undergraduate courses that are offered under the entrance exam are Engineering /Technology, agricultural science, pharmaceuticals, and so on. This exam will be conducted once every year.
The KCET 2023 exams will be conducted soon. The complete information will be released on the KEA official website. The Tentative date of the KCET examination is expected to be in the 3rd week of June. Candidates must have studied 12th grade in a recognized educational institution and those who have been studying can also apply.
Candidates who are applying for KCET should have passed 12th grade with a minimum of 45% in physics , chemistry mathematics.
For special categories (SC/ST), they should have passed with a minimum of at least 40%.
The above criteria are only for engineering courses. For some other courses, the candidate must have completed 12th with a minimum average in specific subjects.
