Arunachala college of education which was started in the year 2005 is an affiliating college situated in tiruvannamalai, tamilnadu. This institution also holds National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) and offers Teacher Education Programmes. Situated on a 5.09-acre campus, the college offers two full-time courses: B.Ed and M.Ed. The college offers an intimate learning environment with total student enrolment of 229 and a faculty team of 15 members.

Arunachala College of Education has an ability to offer two courses out of which all the courses are full time. The B.Ed programme which was recently started has an approved intake capacity of one hundred students where as the M.Ed programme intake has three times an approved intake capacity of fifty students. 

The process of admission of the different courses offered at Arunachala College of Education is through the mark obtained in the qualifying examination and/or entrance examination. Admission policy of the college is compliance with the rule of the regulators of this college that is the State Government of Tamil Nadu, UT administration and the University to which it is affiliated.
