Diamond Harbour Government Polytechnic, started functioning in the year 2014, is one of the most upcoming technical institutions in South 24 Parganas, West Bengal. This governmental polytechnic aims at delivering quality technical education with a compact campus of 4 acres of land. Approved by the All India Council for Technical Education, DHGP offers three full-time diploma programs with a total student enrollment of 663. At the same time, this institute has a faculty strength of 15 members. Thus guaranteeing personalized attention to its students. 

The polytechnic is committed to creating a fulfilling learning environment with a variety of facilities aimed at improving students' academic and personal growth. The library serves as the knowledge base with a range of books and other resources.
