College was pretty good but we feel like we wasted out 2 years and nothing productive have been done by me in these two years on college level . But this is my social exposure after school so it was pretty good

Academics was okay okay in these 2 years only one or two months highly we learned something new other wise no regular classes was conducted during our teachers training. Academics was not good at all not good at all

No idea about placement like we need to do all things on our own if we want a government job after this diploma then we need to prepare for the compitative exams like DSSSB, kvs , nvs , and also for ctet , htet etc

As is was a government college so we need to pay a decent amount for these 2 years not too much or not too less . As we also have scholarship facilities but not for all some or a few of them got this .

With friends campus life was okay okay but faculty doesn't interact with students properly. We never ever interacted with the faculty of our college properly in these two years of diploma program not at all

My experience has been one of the most meaningful and life changing phases of my life. When I first joined the course, I was nervous and unsure about my abilities as a future teacher. However, with the guidance of my teachers and the support of my classmates, I gradually gained confidence and clarity about my role in education. The college environment was friendlyand motivating. Our teachers were knowledgeable and always encouraged us to ask questions and think creatively . Through various activities such as lesson planning, micro teaching, group discussion and classroom observation I learned how to manage a class effectively and understand student’s needs. Practical training in schools helped me connect theory with real life teaching situations. One of the most valuable parts of my journey was participanting in workshops seminars and cultural programs which helped me in developing my communication and leadership skills. I also learned the importance of discipline, punctuality and teamwork. During this course zi faced challenges such as handling time management, bit of mental pressure, preparing assignments and speaking confidently in front of others such as in presentations. However these challenges made me stronger and more responsible. Overall my Deleed experience has shaped me into a more patient,dedicated and compassionate individual. It has strengthen my passion for teaching and inspired me to contribute positively to society.

My experience of pursuing deleed has been academically enriching and professionally transformative. The programme provided a strong foundation in educational theories child development pedagogy and classroom management. Through systematic coursework I developed a clear understanding of learning processes curriculum design and assessment techniques

The placement experience during the diploma programme played a significant role in bridging theoretical knowledge and professional practice.the college placement cell actively supported students by providing guidance, training and opportunities for employment.
