  • Eligible candidates who wish to pursue technical diploma courses at Government Polytechnic Yavatmal are required to complete and submit the online application form through the official website.

  • The admissions authority releases a seat matrix on the official website prior to each round of the Centralised Admission Process (CAP). This matrix details the available courses, sanctioned intake for each course, and the number of seats available for different categories.

  • Applicants are required to list their preferred institutes and courses in descending order of preference. Once confirmed, these choices cannot be altered. Candidates must complete their options before the scheduled CAP rounds.

  • After each CAP round, the admissions authority publishes provisional seat allotment results. These results specify the institute and course assigned to each candidate based on their merit rank and provided choices.
