Prospective students for PG medical course leading towards a Master of Surgery (MS) degree should have successfully passed their MBBS from a recognized medical college and completed one-year compulsory rotating internship after MBBS.
MBBS graduates who choose to pursue PG Medical Course after MBBS must qualify in the PG entrance exam. In order to secure PG medical admission in medical colleges in India, one must qualify in the NEET PG entrance exam conducted by the National Board of Examinations (NBE) for MBBS graduates.
