Yes, fees for MBBS and BDS are different for NRI quota candidates and it differed in different colleges.
FOr GMERS Vadodara, the fees for NRI quota candidate is approximately USD 17,000 which today would correspond to Rs 12,41,000.

You haven't mentioned your category assuming that you belong to general category you have slight chances of getting seat in Gujarat Medical Education and Research Society Medical College, Gotri, Vadodara.
