Master of Science (M.Sc) in Disabilities Studies in Early Intervention is a full-time two-year postgraduate course offered by Osmania University, Hyderabad.


Eligibility Criteria

The candidate should have a degree from a recognized university in any of the following courses:

  •  MBBS, BUMS, BAMS, Naturopathy, BHMS
  •  BMR/BRS (MR)/BRT
  •  BOT
  • BPT
  •  B.Sc (HLS)
  •  Masters in Child Development
  •  M.Phil Psychology
  •  PGDEI (proposed to apply directly to the second year)

The candidate should have secured 50% aggregate marks in the qualifying degree examination in the case of general candidates and 45% marks in the case of SC and ST candidates.

AGE: While no minimum and maximum age are prescribed, preference will be given to those below 35 years of age.

Admission Details

Admissions are made on the basis of the academic qualifications required and in accordance with the prevailing rules of the Institute and the affiliated Universities. Seats are reserved for Scheduled Caste (SC)/ Scheduled Tribes (ST) / Physically Handicapped (PH) candidates as per the Central Government rules.
