Paari School of Business, SRM University-AP is proud to present to you the BBA programme. In line with the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020, it is a three year programme (BBA), with the fourth year being optional (BBA Hons).

Our programme is not just in line with NEP 2020, it also has several unique aspects; we have a different yet relevant programme. Our programme highlights are:

Unique courses e.g. Community Service, Mind and Soul Training.
The curriculum is immersive and experiential. Most courses are taught with a project component and many courses are entirely experiential e.g. Design Thinking, credited Co-Curricular Activities.
Excellent, dedicated and highly qualified faculty.
Experiential Learning & Opportunity for Paid Internship: Select Students will receive Rs. 15,000 – Rs. 25,000 per month.
Industry interaction: 25-40% courses taught by faculty from industry. Moreover, frequent guest lectures from senior people in industry. We also have an outstanding Advisory Board from industry to ensure that the curriculum stays relevant and changes with the times. We have the Centre for Consumer Research in India under whose aegis students can do live industry projects.
Use of Harvard case studies for enhanced learning outcomes.
A multi-disciplinary perspective: several courses are taught by faculty from other departments (e.g. Environmental Science, all courses on Communication). BBA students will also need to take three Open Electives from other Schools.
Opportunity for semester abroad programmes in leading Universities worldwide (e.g. University of California, Berkeley, USA).
Opportunity to spend final year at Rennes Business School, France and earn a degree from there.

In addition, we have state-of-the-art infrastructure and thriving out of class activity (e.g. clubs and committees, our B School Fest, sports facilities that are world-class, fun activities with classmates and counterparts from other schools on festival days/events). Higher Studies: Through courses like Research Study, the optional 4th year and counselling from the Directorate of International Relations and Higher Studies, numerous opportunities for students’ CV building, well-respected faculty whose Letters of Recommendation would have an impact.

Eligibility Criteria

A. Nationality and Age

Resident or Non-Resident Indian (NRI), holders of PIO or OCI card issued by the Government of India are eligible to apply for the selection process.
Students should have attained the age of 16 years and 6 months on the 31st of July of the calendar year in which the 12th Board examination is to be held.

Eligibility to Apply

A minimum aggregate score of 60% or equivalent grade point in Class X.
A minimum aggregate score of 60% or equivalent grade point in 12th Standard / Higher Secondary Examination (10+2) / Intermediate (First and Second year) from any Indian education board recognised by the Board of Higher Secondary Education, Delhi (CBSE, CISCE, and State Education Boards recognised by the Board of Higher Secondary Education) (https://www.cobse.org.in/recognized-educational-boards-list/) (or) minimum grade of ‘C’ in GCE A-level examination (or) overall minimum of 24 points in International Baccalaureate (IB) diploma or IB certificate.
Students appearing for their 12th Standard / Higher Secondary Examination (10+2) / Intermediate (First and Second year) final board examinations in the current academic year are also eligible to apply. However, admission is confirmed based on meeting the minimum aggregate score of 60% or equivalent grade point.
Note: Students who have completed +2 under NIOS must have completed the 10th standard from regular schooling or vice-versa
For the Board of Intermediate Education (Andhra Pradesh) Average of first and second-year marks is considered

Criteria for Admission

Admission will be based on meeting the eligibility conditions listed in Section A and Section B and the performance in the interview.
The decision of the admission committee will be final and binding.

Admission Instructions

BBA (Hons)/ BBA programmes listed on the website are indicative only. The SRM University-AP reserves the right to add and delete programmes and amend the list depending on the viability of offering the same.
The admission will be purely on the basis of the performance in the entrance examination/interview conducted by SRM University-AP. Being called for the entrance test/interview and enrolment does not necessarily mean an acceptance of eligibility. It is the responsibility of the candidates to ascertain whether they possess the requisite eligibility for admission.
Eligibility criteria such as the minimum percentage of marks or CGPA obtained by the candidate in the qualifying examination and minimum percentage in the 10th class shall be as prescribed by the SRM University-AP from time to time.
Note: The aggregate percentage of marks obtained in 10th standard/12th Standard/Intermediate or equivalent should be calculated up to 3 decimal points and not be rounded off to the nearest integer.
Academic tuition fees, hostel fees, mode of payment, and refund policies will be available on the university website.
The admission offered to a candidate who has been provisionally admitted to a programme will stand cancelled if he/she does not submit the relevant documents pertaining to admission (such as Marks Statements, Transfer Certificate, Conduct Certificate, etc.) in their original during enrolment before the date stipulated by the university.
Even after admission, the university reserves all rights to cancel the candidate’s admission in case, any discrepancy is noticed on verification of facts from the original certificates/documents. The decision shall be final and binding on the candidate. The university cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage arising from such cancellations of admissions.
Accommodation in SRM University-AP hostels will be subject to availability. The allocation will only be done after the tuition fee payment and enrollment procedure are completed.
All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts only at Vijayawada.
