Shri Ram College of Pharmacy, Panchkula, was established in the year 2017. The college, though young in terms of building a considerable amount of experience, has surged ahead in dispensing Pharmaceutical Education. It is a governmental affiliated institution and one of the premier institutions in Mouli, district Panchkula of Haryana, which has made a worthwhile presence in the field of pharmacy. The institute is affiliated by AICTE and PCI and thus assures quality and standard pharmaceutical education. The college presently has 83 enroled students with a faculty strength of 16, allowing personal learning. The institute offers two specialised courses in the field of pharmacy, thus fulfilling the various educational needs and career aspirations of the students.

Shri Ram College of Pharmacy, Panchkula,  has many facilities to support the learning process and the general development of students. Well-equipped laboratories provide hands-on experience, which is an integral part of pharmaceutical education. One of the knowledge hubs is the library. It provides the facilities related to the in-depth study and research purposes as an ideal institution. Extracurricular activities would also increase students' interest in the pursuit of higher education. These include, amongst others, an auditorium for events and seminars, sports facilities to enhance physical fitness, and a gym for health-conscious students. The IT infrastructure helps ensure that students are always connected with the latest technologies working in the field. An on-campus cafeteria that caters to the dietary needs of the students and faculty, a guest room that accommodates visiting faculty and family members of students, round out the amenities. 

There are two full-time courses in pharmacy offered by the Shree Ram College of Pharmacy. The B.Pharma course shall be of four-year duration with an intake capacity of 100 students, and the D.Pharma shall be a two-year course with 60 seats. These courses will aim at orienting the students with minute details both in terms of theoretical and practical exposure in Pharmaceutical Sciences. With this, the total intake capacity of these two courses is 160, thus clearly bringing out the commitment of the college towards an optimum student-teacher ratio for effective learning.

The process of admission at the Shree Ram College of Pharmacy picks up proficiency in choosing the unpaid deserving candidates under the pharmacy program. The college offers two base courses: B.Pharma, which is Bachelor of Pharmacy, and D.Pharma, which is Diploma in Pharmacy. The intake capacity for the B.Pharma program is 100, and the D.Pharma program accommodates 60 students every year.

Most admissions correlate with the academic period. The admission process first starts at least two months before the new academic session begins. Qualification criteria are in line with the benchmark set by different regulatory bodies like AICTE and PCI. B.Pharma applicants should be 10+2 pass with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology/Mathematics. D.Pharma applicants must be 10+2 pass with science subjects.

Application Process

Degree-wise Admission Process

B.Pharma: The Bachelor in Pharmacy (B.Pharma) is the undergraduate program that runs for four years and accommodates 100 students in total. The candidates are admitted into the course based on performance in the 10+2 examinations, along with, if necessary, relevant entrance exams. It encompasses the pharmaceutical sciences such as pharmaceutics, pharmacology, medicinal chemistry, and pharmacy practice.

D.Pharma: A two-year program with an intake of 60 students, the Diploma in Pharmacy is based on the 10+2 performance, especially in the science subjects. This program would prepare the students to work in the pharmacy sector through technical roles in pharmaceuticals.
