Pandit Bhagwat Dayal Sharma University of Health Sciences, Rohtak (UHSR) is a Haryana State Government University situated in the Rohtak district. Pandit Bhagwat Dayal Sharma University of Health Sciences is approved by the UGC (University Grant Commission). UHSR offers courses in the fields of Medicine, Nursing, Dental, Physiotherapy, Paramedical, and Allied Health Sciences. The courses at UHSR provide MBBS, BDS, B.Sc Nursing, B.Pharma, BPT and many more programmes at the UG level and MD, MS, MDS, M.Sc Nursing and many other programmes at the PG level. At the doctoral level, the UHSR provides DM, M.Ch and Ph.D programmes.
UHSR also offer diploma programmes in various specialities. Candidates seeking admission to the university must satisfy the eligibility criteria. The applicant’s performance in the NEET-UG exam is taken into account for UHSR MBBS/BDS admissions. Admissions to the rest of the undergraduate programmes are based on CET (Common Entrance Test) conducted by the university. UHSR admissions to the MS, MD, MDS and PGD programmes require an MBBS or equivalent qualification along with the NEET-PG results. Doctoral admissions are provided based on the NEET-SS score. As a complete government college it has all the necessary facilities which are required in college. It has good infrastructure, facilities and equipment. It has classrooms, laboratories, libraries, sports centres and hostels.
