Sohagi College of Education, Rewa, is a co-educational institution accredited by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE). The college provides various undergraduate programs in arts, commerce, sciences, and education. The college has a policy of merit and positive discrimination in the admission process, so that deserving, capable, and in case, disadvantaged students get the opportunity to pursue courses of their desire. Degree wise Admission Process

B.Com and B.Com Computer: The approved intake of each of these commerce programs is 60. Admission is granted based on marks secured in qualifying examinations (i.e., 10+2 or its equivalent). The overall academic performance of each candidate in the relevant subjects is considered.

BCA (Bachelor of Computer Applications): The BCA program has an approved intake of 60 students and is focused on computer science education. Admission is based on the merit list prepared based on the marks secured in the qualifying examination, stressing mathematics and computer science subjects.

BA (Bachelor of Arts): The college runs the BA program but the details of the intake capacity were not mentioned. Admission is granted on the basis of marks in the qualifying examination, taking into account the relevant subjects concerning the chosen arts specialization.

B.Sc (Bachelor of Science): Sohagi College of Education runs B.Sc programs, although the intake capacity was not specified. Admission is made on merit, based on marks in science subjects in the qualifying examination.
