Despite the fact that there were no set admission dates, the college normally operates under the academic year calendar of the affiliating university. For the undergraduate programmes such as B.Pharma and D.Pharma, perhaps the route of admission could be entrance examination pass and 12th standard performance. For some of the M.Pharma programmes, the admission criteria may include GPAT scores or college entrance tests, while the candidate’s performance in undergrad is also considered.
Perhaps the Pharm.D. programme could be operated under a different required admission process given that the course is quite distinct. In the case of Ph.D. admissions, the college may require students for interviews and evaluate their proposal based on research. Education scholarships are available at SVCP, and statistically, in the 2022 academic year, 120 undergraduate and 10 postgraduate students received reimbursement. Through education quality in the college of pharmacy, many graduates have shaped and dignified the pharmaceutical field as well as in academia.
