Tagore Institute of Art and Education, Birbhum, was established in the year 2011. It is an affiliated college in West Bengal, India. This Bolpur-based institute imparts training for future teachers. The admission procedure to Tagore Institute of Art and Education is merit-based, whereby marks at the qualifying examination and/or entrance examination are considered. The institute follows the state government, UT administration, or affiliated university admission policies. In the case of a B.Ed. program, candidates shall be selected on the basis of their qualifying examination or any other process as laid down.
