Feels lucky to have read in one of best medical college in the country , everything was perfect here.. Excellence in studies and co-curricular activities is the hallmark of the institute. The beauty of the college is hostel.. Luxury of having separate room for each student (with a separate balcony!) although not much hygenic washrooms still manageable.

how many Marks should an oc candidate should have to get free seat

Karvannan sevugamurthi 15th Dec, 2019

Hi aspirant,

Some colleges and institutes offer free education for poor students and highly meritorious students in any field. So kindly mention your field of interest and which college you are interested to apply. Sports persons also get free education in some colleges. So search based on that.

Hope it helps.

what is approx cutoffs for MBBS in OBC category..... pls... tell

Priyaanka Sarkar Student Expert 19th Nov, 2019
Arpan, cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam  no.of Candidates qualified, too NEET score and difficulty of the exam. Now the formula to calculate a cut off for OBC Category is 40 percentile of the top NEET score. While the formula remains the same, the cut offs change. Now every State has its own cut off for its GMCs. States like Bihar, Delhi, AP, Telangana have higher cut offs than Tamilnadu, Karnatakq, West Bengal, etc. But on a general note, for a seat in a GMC , your score should be nothing less than 575.

rank in neet ug for this college admission?

Priyaanka Sarkar Student Expert 15th Nov, 2019

You haven't mentioned your Category. Neverthless, in 2018 the ranks and score that secured a seat in UCMS under DU Quota has been as follows:

CATEGORY                           NEET SCORE                        CLOSING RANK

General                                      581                                          3005

OBC                                            533                                         10094

SC                                               468                                          35349

ST                                               353                                         118870

Now cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. And cut offs will decrease with increase in the no.of seats. So based on your Category, you should aim for more than 50-75 marks since 2018.
