AIIMS Delhi will conduct the INI CET exam July Session on 19 May 2024.

In 1962, a public university called the Postgraduate Institute of Medical Education and Research was established in Chandigarh. PGIMER has been recognised as an Institute of National Importance by the Department of Higher Education, Ministry of Education. It is also known as PGIMER or PGI Chandigarh. As per NIRF Ranking 2023, PGIMER ranking has been 2nd under the Medical Category.

PGI Chandigarh has a total of about 581 faculty members and a campus spanning 277 acres. PGIMER Chandigarh provides courses at the undergraduate, graduate, and doctorate levels. PGIMER offers undergraduate courses such as B.Sc and BPT programmes. Additionally, PGIMER provides postgraduate courses including MDS, M.Sc, MS, and MD programmes. Moreover, PGIMER offers doctoral courses which consist of DM and M.Ch programmes. The entrance test of the university decides who gets chosen for the B.Sc. Nursing and Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing courses at PGIMER Chandigarh. To be accepted into the MD and MS programmes, candidates must take the INI CET. INI CET scores are also considered for admission to the M.Ch and DM programmes at PGIMER.

Applicants must achieve a passing score on an entrance exam conducted by the PGIMER to enrol in the MDS course. PGMIER offers placement opportunities and scholarships. The PGIMER Chandigarh campus provides enough amenities for both students and professors. Additionally, the PGIMER infrastructure has been modernised and renovated. Both indoor and outdoor sports facilities are available at the PGIMER Chandigarh campus. It also has a swimming pool inside the PGI Chandigarh campus. PGIMER hostel fee depends on the hostel selected by the candidate.

In pgimer most of the courses offered is masters degree such as bsc,msc,phd,md,mds in different streams and a diploma course in public health.there is no such short term course like icu.

However you can get these courses in some others college.i am providing the college list in the link
