The placement cell aims to develop students in terms of skills and personality and organises pre-placement training programmes for the students. GRI Dindigul Placement Cell organises different events and activities for the students to improve their overall personality. The placement cell organises workshops and training sessions for technical, aptitude, verbal and soft skills. GRI Dindigul placement cell also organises group discussions and guest lectures where industry leaders share their experiences in different sectors, talk about different job opportunities available in the relevant sector and how to prepare for the placement drive. GRI Dindigul placement cell has also set up a village placement programme where students work in rural areas which makes them socially responsible and how things work. The Gandhigram Rural Institute Dindigul placement cell provides information for upcoming job opportunities in a variety of organisations in different sectors.
The Gandhigram Rural Institute Dindigul placement cell invites companies and organisations for the placement drive.
The invited companies organise a pre-placement event where they give an insight about the companies working structure, job description to the students and take up queries from the students of GRI Dindigul based on the company and sectors in which companies are working.
Interested students have to submit their CVs to the placement cell for the further placement process.
Students are shortlisted on the basis of their CVs by the organisations.
Organisations who participate in the placement drive begin their selection process which includes a written test of the selected students, group discussions and personal interviews of the select students.
Final selected students will be offered jobs by the organisations.
According to NIRF 2020 data for the Gandhigram Rural Institute Dindigul placements for UG (3-years courses) & PG (2-years courses) programmes. Out of 278 UG students, 115 students were placed. For the PG programme, out of 285 PG students, 64 students were placed in organisations from Gandhigram Rural Institute Dindigul. A total of 79 UG programme students and 71 PG programme students opted for higher studies after completion of their courses from GRI Dindigul respectively. In the application form, students are required to provide their information such as personal details, educational details.
Students are required to upload their latest scanned coloured passport size photograph along with other necessary documents.
Students should provide accurate information or else admission will be cancelled in the future. No corrections will be allowed after the submission of the application form.
Students have to submit an application fee online for the course they are opting for admission to GRI Dindigul. The fee is non-refundable.

You just need to complete your 12th with minimum 60% and science as compulsory stream so that you can clear the cutoff of some particular college for the admission in Bsc at first.
Moreover you can apply some colleges for the entrance exams to take admission in there like BHU, JMI, AU, DU (if conducted), AMU, JNU, LU, etc. as they are the some top universities across the India. You need to clear the entrance exams of these universities with good marks so that you will be eligible to take admission in your preferred course.
After completing your graduation in Bsc the same process you can follow to take admission in Msc.
But I will suggest you take give entrance exams at first so that you can choose some good colleges not any random private one.
