72 MonthsDoctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) programme in Electronics shall be for a minimum duration of three years, including course work and a maximum of six years. Extension beyond the above limits will be governed by the relevant clauses as stipulated in the Statute/Ordinance of the individual Institution concerned offered by University of Science and Technology, Ri Bhoi.
Eligibility Criteria
The candidate should pass Master Degree in Science/Arts/Business Administration/Humanities/Commerce/Engineering with at least 55% marks or equivalent CGPA from any recognized University.
Admission Details
Admission will be based on the (i) 50% weightage from the academic credentials and (ii)50% from entrance Test & personal interview. However, candidate having NET/SLET will be exempted from written test. Such candidate will appear in personal interview only.
