Apeejay College of Fine Arts, Jalandhar (ACFA Jalandhar), is one of the leading co-educational institutions in India offering undergraduate and postgraduate courses in various streams. The college admission procedure is well structured to select exceptionally talented learners for studies in diverse fields. ACFA Jalandhar is a University in affiliation with Guru Nanak Dev University and also recognized with the NAAC accreditation. Normally, the admission cycle of ACFA Jalandhar would start a few months previous to the beginning of the academic year (this opens in August-September openings). 

It offers 42 programs ranging between undergraduate and postgraduate levels, spread across full-time, part-time, and certificate programs. Most applications are merit-based, plus some have varying requirements according to the course chosen. The application procedures at ACFA Jalandhar vary according to the selected program but generally follow these steps:

2. Choose a specific program and read through the eligibility criteria and admission requirements.

3. Complete the online application providing accurate personal and education details.

4. Upload all required documents as stipulated, normally consisting of:

Degree Wise Admission Process

B.Des (Interior, Fashion, Textile, Multimedia): There are different B.Des programs under ACFA Jalandhar. Intake is 60 seats each for Interior, Fashion, and Textile Design, while for Multimedia Design, it is 40. Admission is on the basis of results of the 10+2 and may also require listing portfolio evaluation or entrance test specific to the design field.

BBA: The BBA program is taught with an intake of 70 students. The admission is generally through 10+2 results from any stream, with emphasis on the relevant subject’s academic performance.

B.Voc: There are several B.Voc programs offered, which include Beauty and Wellness and Product Design Management and Entrepreneurship, each having 50 seats. These are skill-based programs. Eligibility criteria might be specific with respect to the vocational field.

B.Com and B.Com (Hons): The college offers B.Com programs with an intake of 40 seats each. Admission is based on 10+2 results with preference to students from the commerce stream.

BCA: The program in BCA offers 40 seats and is based on 10+2 results in which usually mathematics was a subject of study.

MBA: Admission to the MBA program is through national-level entrance exams like that of CAT, MAT, or XAT. Chosen candidates may also go through some other selection procedures.

M.Des (Multimedia): The total intake for this master's program amounts to 40. Admission is likely based on the candidate's performance in the bachelor-level degree in the relevant design field.

MA Programs: Several MA programs are held such as Drawing and Painting, English, Fine Arts, Music Instrumental, and Indian Classical Dance, with an intake of 40 for each program. Admission is mostly based on the performance of candidates in the respective bachelor's degrees.
