Balasaheb Mane Educational Trust's Mahila College of Education, one of the leading colleges for women in teacher training education, is widely known to have affiliated itself with Shivaji University and received accreditation from the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE). The admission jam starts to fish selected candidates determined to become skilled and dedicated teachers.
Admissions at this college are purely merit-based i.e. based on marks obtained in the qualifying examination and/or entrance examination. The admission policy is framed according to directives of the state government, Union Territory administration, as well as the university, on the basis of strict adherence to transparency and fairness in the selection process.
All candidates who want to be admitted to the B.Ed program study should have a Bachelor degree or equivalent qualification given from a recognized university. The candidates must also procure marks, at least the minimum required by the government of Maharashtra to Shivaji University. Degree wise Admission Process
B.Ed: This Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) program within the Mahila College of Education under the Balasaheb Mane Education Trust should be full time and geared toward the professional preparation of teachers who will possess the competences, skills, and dispositions requisite for the profession. The admissions into the B.Ed course are merit based according to the marks scored in the qualifying examinations and/or any entrance examination depending on the policy of the government of the state and university. Accordingly, the college shall admit 50 students to the program.
