The admission at BHMC is made at the national level through entrance examinations. Admissions to BHMS are made through the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET). The Post Graduate MD programs are done through AIAPGET. The AIAPGET minimum passing criterion is 50%. The admission to the college is centralised. The baroda homeopathic medical college, vadodara was established in 1992. It had a high cut off in previous years. In the year 2019 and 2020 cut off in vadodara medical colleges reached around 600 NEET score.
