Master of Philosophy (M.Phil) in Law and Governance is a full-time two-year postgraduate course offered by the Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi.


Eligibility Criteria

The eligibility conditions for taking the examination are a Master’s degree in Political Science, Public Administration, Economics, Sociology, History, Philosophy of Law with 55% marks; or 60% in any branch of natural science from a recognized university. 

Admission Details

Admission to the M.Phil Programme is by an entrance examination conducted by the University, followed by a viva voice for those candidates who qualify in the written examination.
