The admission Procedure at Government College of Education, Jalandhar is different as it offers B.Ed and M.Ed courses. For the B.Ed course, convenered by the State University (Punjab/Punjabi/Guru Nanak Dev University), there is a combined entrance test usually in the month of July. This test has been used as the basis of preparing the merit list. More than anything, 15 percent of seats are available for the All India category students, while 85 percent seats are available for the state pool category. Degree wise Admission Process
B.Ed: The Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) program at the Government College of Education, Jalandhar is characterized by a tough admission procedure. All candidates need to take part in a combined entrance test conducted by the State University that is usually held in July for admission into the B.Ed course for every year. Based on the scores attained, the merit list is prepared.
