These colleges are under AKTU so there might not be much differences and both are good for BTech. CSE. But there are few differences related to fee structure and placements.
1. The fee structure for NIET for BTech is approximately Rs. 4.5 Lacs to 6.5 Lacs while that of GL Bajaj is approximately Rs. 5.5 Lac.
2. NIET has secured #171 As per 2021 NIRF ranking and GL Bajaj secured #194 rank.
3. Placements- The highest package offered by NIET was INR 30 LPA for CSE and By GL Bajaj was INR 33 LPA.
Both the colleges are equally good for BTech CSE, so you can choose any.

Hello hello,

Admissions in Institute of engineering and technology, Lucknow is based on the marks scored in JEE mains.

IET is a governemmt college situated in Lucknow. It is one of the best universities for taking admisisons. See, previously admissions are done on the basis of UPSEE score but after 2020, admisisons are entirely based on JEE mains score.

The better the dcore, the more chances of getting IET with good branch. Also, admissions are purely based on jee mains because AKTU  has scrapped UPSEE examination for admisisons into AKTU affiliated colleges.

If getting an early job s your only goal then any day it  branch is better than chemical disregarding the institutions you are talking about because chemical industry in india does not ive as many number of jobs in india as the it industry does so focusing only on job IT as a branch is good but yes then you will be leaving  an institute of national importance that is manit and joining an institute that is not widely known just for getting placed I would also tell you that if you work hard at manit  chemical also then also you will get a good placement as manit brand attracts many companies but yes the chemical branch is not so promising as compared ti IT where you will most likely get placed be it in a mass recruiter only so final decision is yours
