JJ College of Education, Pudukkottai Admission 2025: Dates, Application Form, Courses, Fees & Eligibility

JJ College of Education, Pudukkottai, and has been one of the self-financing institutions in teacher training courses in Tamil Nadu, India. The college is affiliated with the National Council for Teacher Education and accredited by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council. The college offers two degree programs in education: Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) and Master of Education (M.Ed). The admission process for JJ College of Education is through merit as per the policies of the state government and the union territory administration under the university setup. 

Qualifying Examination marks and/or entrance examination results are taken into account for admissions.  Eligibility for admission to the courses at JJ College is as per the requirement stipulated by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) and the affiliated university. Degree wise Admission Process

The same policy governs the selection process by the state government, Union Territory administration, and thus the affiliated university, which may approve the process. A candidate with a bachelor's degree in related subjects can apply for this program.

M.Ed (Master of Education): There are 50 seats for the M.Ed program at JJ College of Education. The admission procedure for M.Ed is similar to that of the B.Ed course, as this is a merit-based selection. The selection would be based on performance in the qualifying examination and, if applicable, entrance examination under policy by the respective state government, university, or Union Territory administration. Applicants must have completed their B.Ed degree from a recognized institution to be eligible for the M.Ed program.
