The B.Ed programme at Malwa Central College of Education for Women is a full-time course of two years, with a maximum student strength of 250. The admissions for the B.Ed programme are based on merit derived from the marks obtained in the qualifying examination and/or entrance examination. The Malwa Central College of Education for Women admission policy of the state government, UT Administration, and the university to which it is affiliated is followed by the college in admitting students. A candidate is eligible to apply for the B.Ed course if he/she has completed his/her bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification from a recognised university.
Like the B.Ed course, M.Ed is also a two-year full-time course. It conducts fifty students at capacity. The Malwa Central College of Education for Women admission procedure to M.Ed is similar to that of B.Ed based on merit. Candidates are assessed as per marks obtained in the qualifying exam which is always the B.Ed degree or equivalent.
