Marri Laxman Reddy Institute of Technology and Management was established in 2009. The campus of the college spreads over an area of 18 acres of land. MLRITM is accredited by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) with grade A. The college is also accredited by the National Board of Accreditation (NBA). The college is recognised by the University Grants Commission (UGC) and Scientific and Industrial Research Organization (SIRO). MLRITM is affiliated to Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Hyderabad (JNTUH). The college offers courses approved by All India Council for Technical education (AICTE). 

The college offers courses in the fields of engineering and management. B.Tech, M.Tech and M.B.A are the various courses offered by MLRITM. The college accepts scores of TS EAMCET for B.Tech programme admission, TS PGECET for M.Tech programme and TS ICET for M.B.A programme admission. MLRITM has a total of 248 well-qualified faculty members. The total number of students enrolled at present is 1796. Thus, the student-teacher ratio at Marri Laxman Reddy Institute of Technology and Management is 7:1. The college has many collaborations with institutes and organisations like The University of New Orleans-USA, ITU California, ISB-Hyderabad, etc. 

Many facilities like boys hostel, girls hostel, library, IT infrastructure, auditorium, sports, gym, cafeteria, transport, medical clinic, etc are provided by the college. The training and placement cell of MLRITM helps in the placement of the final year students. The cell also provides placement training like entrepreneurship development programme, personality development training, workshops, seminars, guest lectures, etc. Students can avail national and state level scholarships like SC & ST Welfare Scholarship, BC & EBC and Minority Welfare Scholarship and many more at MLRITM. The college is located at Dundigal, Hyderabad, Telangana. There are various modes of transport to reach the college. One can travel by air, rail or road to reach Marri Laxman Reddy Institute of Technology and Management. The nearest railway station is Gowdavalli Railway Station. It is located at a distance of 5.9 km and would take around 12 minutes to reach the college from cab or auto. The nearest bus stop is Jeedimetla Bus Depot. • Entrepreneurship Development Cell- The cell helps in developing entrepreneurial mindset among the students through skill-based training programmes.

MLRITM Facilities

The facilities provided by the college are boys hostel, girls hostel, library, IT infrastructure, auditorium, sports, gym, cafeteria, transport, medical clinic, etc. Marri Laxman Reddy Institute of Technology and Management facilities of hostels are available for both boys and girls students. The hostels are well-furnished and well-ventilated. Basic facilities like uninterrupted supply of water and electricity, modern appliances, etc are provided in the hostels. Hostels are fully enabled with wi-fi and also have a mess.

MLRITM facilities are also available for college staff and faculty members. Both the students and faculty members can avail the library facility during their free time after their classroom lectures. The library has a rich collection of textbooks, reference books, national and international journals, periodicals, magazines, newspapers, e-books, online databases and online resources. The entire campus is enabled with wi-fi. The networking of the campus is controlled and managed by the MLRITM IT infrastructure. 

The on-campus medical clinic provides first-aid treatment to the students, staff and faculty members. For emergency services, students and staff members can access the nearby hospital and ambulance facility. The college provides transport facility to the students and faculty members on a chargeable basis. Indoor and outdoor games like chess, carrom, badminton, table tennis, tennis, cricket, basketball, volleyball, football, etc. Hygienically prepared multi cuisine food is served in the college cafeteria.

MLRITM Courses

The courses offered by the college are B.Tech, M.Tech and M.B.A. Candidates have to meet the eligibility criteria first in order to take admission to the MLRITM courses. After meeting the eligibility criteria, candidates also have to appear for the entrance tests like TS EAMCET (B.Tech), TS PGECET (M.Tech) and TS ICET (M.B.A). As per the Marri Laxman Reddy Institute of Technology and Management course eligibility criteria, candidates should have minimum 60% in 10+2 for the B.Tech programme, minimum 50% in graduation for M.Tech and M.B.A respectively.

MLRITM Admissions

After meeting the eligibility criteria, candidates have to appear for the entrance test. For MLRITM admission, candidates have to appear for TS EAMCET for B.Tech programme, TS PGECET for M.Tech programme and TS ICET for M.B.A programme admission. Qualified candidates have to appear for counselling and select Marri Laxman Reddy Institute of Technology and Management. After the seat allotment and selection of the candidates, they have to submit the documents and pay the fees.

MLRITM Admission Process - B.Tech

• Meet the eligibility criteria.

• Appear for TS EAMCET.

• Release of rank and cutoff.

• Appear for TS EAMCET counselling and select MLRITM.

• Allocation of seats on the basis of ranks, preference filled and participation in the counselling.

• 70% of the seats are to be filled by category A candidates (applying for admission through TS EAMCET) and 30% of the seats are to be filled by category B candidates (under management quota).

MLRITM Admission Process - M.B.A

• Meet the eligibility criteria first.

• Appear for TSICET.

• Release of cutoff.

• Appear for TSICET counselling and give preference to Marri Laxman Reddy Institute of Technology and Management.

• Allocation of seats on the basis of ranks of the candidates, preference filled and participation in the counselling. 

• Submit the documents and pay the fees.

MLRITM Cutoff

MLRITM cutoff is the minimum marks required by the candidates for admission to the B.Tech programme. Candidates meeting the cutoff have to appear for counselling. Marri Laxman Reddy Institute of Technology and Management cutoff is determined after the declaration of the result of TS EAMCET. Several factors like number of seats available, preferences filled by the candidates, etc affect the cutoff.

MLRITM Scholarships

The college provides financial assistance to the students. The financial assistance is provided on the basis of academic performance and participation in sports and social activities. Students can also avail central and state level scholarships like SC & ST Welfare Scholarship, BC & EBC and Minority Welfare Scholarship, etc. 

1. Disabled Welfare Scholarship - To avail the scholarship, candidates’ annual family income should be Rs. 1 lakh or below.

2. SC & ST Welfare Scholarship - The scholarship is provided to those candidates whose income is Rs. 2 lakhs or below.

MLRITM Placement

The college has a placement cell. The cell helps in the placement of the students and acts as a facilitator between the students and the corporates. For MLRITM placement, candidates are provided placement training.
