MET College of Education, Kanyakumari, is a co-educational institution that has been recognized by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE). The college holds two major disciplines in education courses with the total capacity to take students of 68. MET College of Education admission process is designed to screen suitable candidates for its Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) and Master of Education (M.Ed.) courses.

The institution is governed by the admission policy formulated by the Tamil Nadu state government, the University with which it is associated, and the UT administration. Merit based on the marks secured in the qualifying exam is the major criterion for the selection of candidates. Application Process
