Mother Theresa College of Education, Sathupally, is affiliated by the Teacher Education Programme recognized by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE). D.El.Ed (Diploma in Elementary Education): D.El.Ed admission involves merit admissions in a two-year full-time program, as stated above, with an intake capacity of 50 students. Similar to B.Ed, merit caliber is the basis of admission in D.El.Ed. Merit comes from marks collected in the qualifying examination and/or the upper-than-threshold entrance examination marks. For students, to follow the above admission guidelines by the state government and UT Administration, qualifications usually set at 10+2 or equivalent from a recognized board may be considered for D.El.Ed admission.
