Government of India /Government of Tamil Nadu Scholarship  

(Scholarship for SC/SCA/ST students)

Varies based on Community Mode

Candidates’ parental income should be below Rs. 2,50,000/- per year for SC/SCA/ST students

Government of India /Government of Tamil Nadu Scholarship (Post Matric Scholarship)

Candidates’ parental income must be below Rs. 2,00,000/- per year for SC/ST/SCA students.

Ministry of Minority Affairs

(MOMA scholarship for Christian/Muslim/Sikh/Buddhist/Parsi)

(Merit Cum Means based Scholarships)

Tuition fees Rs. 20,000/- and Maintenance fees Rs. 5,000/- for day scholar and  Rs.10,000/- for hosteller

Candidates’ parental income should be below Rs. 2,50,000/- per year.

Candidates must have secured an aggregate of 50% marks in the previous qualifying exam.

Both Govt and Management, Quota students are eligible for the scholarship.

(UG/PG students can apply for the scholarship)

Department of Higher Education 

(Central Sector Scheme of Scholarship for College and University Students)

Rs.10,000/- per year

Candidates should have an aggregate of  80% of marks in the H.S.C. exam.

Candidates can apply from the First Year.

Candidates’ parental income should be below Rs. 8,00,000/- and they should not avail any other scholarships.

Candidates’ attendance must be 75%.

Candidates must have secured an aggregate of 60% marks in previous exams.

Both Government and Management Quota students are eligible for the scholarship.

Ministry Human Resource Development -AICTE

(Scholarship for Girls Child under Pragati Scheme)

Tuition Fee of Rs. 30,000/- or at actual, whichever is less and Rs. 2,000/- per month for 10 months as incidentals each year

This scholarship is for two girl children per family whose family income is less than Rs.8,00,000/- per annum.

The candidates will be selected on merit at the qualifying examination.

This scholarship is for first-year students admitted under Government Quota for Undergraduate Degree level.

Ministry Human Resource Development -AICTE 

(Scholarship for Differently Abled Students under Saksham Scheme)

Tuition Fee of Rs. 30,000/- or at actual, whichever is less and Rs. 2,000/- per month for 10 months as incidental charges each year. 

This scholarship is only for Differently Abled students having more than 40% of disability and the family income is less than Rs.8,00,000/-per annum.

The candidates will be selected on merit at the qualifying examination. 

First-year Students Admitted under Government Quota for Undergraduate Degree Level.

Government of Tamil Nadu Scholarship (Scholarship for BC/BCM/ MBC & DNC Students)

Varies based on First and Second Graduate/Community Mode

Candidates’ parental income should be Rs. 2,00,000/- year - only govt. quota students are eligible.

Chief Minster's Merit Award

Rs.3,000/- per year

This scholarship is for 1000 boys and 1000 girls belonging to SC/SCA/ST/SCC in the order of their marks in the +2 Public examination.

Gandhi Memorial Award

Rs.2,000/- per year

This scholarship is for one boy and one girl belonging to SC/ST who secured the first rank in each district in the +2 public examination.

Bright Student Award

Rs.1,500/- per year

This scholarship is for the first two boys and two girls belonging to SC/ST/SCC who secured the first rank in each district in the 10th examinations.

Government of Tamil Nadu Scholarship 

(Tamil Nadu Educational Trust Scholarship)

Rs. 7,000/- per year

Candidates’ parental income should not exceed Rs.200000/- per annum.

Candidates should not receive any other scholarship.

UG/UG- Lateral entry/ PG students are eligible for this scholarship.
