College Infrastructure
Wifi is only for studying, the labs are good and spacious, and the library is also quite large. My hostel is average because it has 2 sharing rooms. Food is also average my room includes an attached bathroom, 2 tables, 2 beds, and 2 wardrobes. Mess food is sometimes yummy and sometimes not very tasty.
Academics
Teachers all are qualified and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is mid-average. Yes, it helps students get industry-ready. Semesters are very difficult and the pass percentage is likely 80%. There are 2 exams per semester, one after 2 months of starting the semester called the midterm and the other 1.5 months later, the end-of-semester exam.
Placements
Only 70–73% of students got placed. The average package is 8 LPA, and the highest package is 13 LPA Wipro, Amazon, etc. are the top recruiters. 95% of students got internship. After 1st year, you got your 1st social internship. In 2nd year, you got 2nd internships, and in 3rd year, you have to do many internships to get placement in 4th year.

The infrastructure and facilities here are great. Course facilities are very good, and the department is well-equipped with available Wi-Fi. Labs and classrooms are well-equipped, and the library is excellent. Medical facilities are available at any time, and sports activities happen daily

Many students got placed here. A minimum of 50-30% of students are placed, and the package offered in this course is very high. Many companies come here, and numerous students secured internships, so you must be admitted here. The environment is excellent.

Nice course structure, all the courses are only relevant or irrelevant courses like chemistry is not a submit for computer science students because it would not make sense. So, good course structure overall. Exams are tough for someone and easy for someone else.

Most of the students are placed somewhere or the other not unnecessarily in their fields but just to place everyone they do in sales. So less companies are there but for people who are smart and know how to get their way an extreme number of opportunities.

Hostel is okay but you will have to join the mess of college only that you can't join mess outside college and that's minus point of our college. Wi-Fi is provided by our college but YouTube is restricted so you have to use VPN. Quality of food is okay.

Teachers behavior depends on individual some are helpful some are good in teaching and some are not that helpful and it totally depends on individual. Course is relevant but if you want to be industry ready you have to do it on yourself not a single college will make you industry ready.

I don't have any idea of students got placed in my course but approximately it's 70-80%. The highest package is of 10-20 lpa and the lowest if from 3-4 lpa. Wipro and many more companies come for placement. I don't know percentage of students getting internship

A volleyball court, turf for box cricket, a badminton court, a basketball court, an open gym, table tennis, etc., are also available. Our classrooms are well-ventilated, and laboratories are spacious. Hostel facilities are well maintained with all necessary facilities like study tables, chairs, beds, cupboards, separate washrooms for each room, a washing machine, Wi-Fi, and a water cooler. The food served in the mess is good.

Our teachers are well-qualified, helpful, and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is moderate. Our course curriculum is relevant, and it makes students ready for the industry. Semester exams are conducted by SPPU University, and they are moderately difficult.

Almost 84%–85% of students got placed in our course. The average salary package offered ranges from 3 LPA to 4.5 LPA. The highest salary package offered was 12.5 LPA. TCS, Wipro, Veritas, Persistent, and Jade Globe are the top recruiting companies

Infrastructure here at is very nice, all blocks are well furnished with peaceful white theme classes. In campus hostels are good. Since I live outside the campus hostel, I heard that the mess food there is not that good. Hostel has a lot of indoor games. There are many grounds dedicated to every sport. Regular contests and competitions occur for sports.

Faculty members are good and helpful. Of course, some teachers are there just to give marks and complete their semester classes. Curriculum is very structured and organized in comparison to other colleges. I personally feel the semester exams are easy and manageable.
Placements
Here my course B.Tech CSE, almost 90% of students are placed. But package is not that much for the majority, like average salary package is almost about 4-5 LPA, not more than that. Highest salary package I heard was about 15 LPA (not sure if it was off or on campus ). Top recruiting companies are TCS, Wipro, etc. All students get an internship from UPES since it is a part of course.

Good faculty and nice lab with lab assistants help us to guide during any problem when we face during programming. Digitalised central library is provided. Digital classrooms also available and Wi-Fi is provided. The facilities in hostel are good study environment, non stop electricity. Faculty available 24/7. Good quality of food is provided even faculty also eat in mess. Medical facilities available. Sports and games are available during evening hours.

Most faculty are well knowledge even Ph.D. professor are available highly qualified teaching professionals are available after the completion of course the students are ready to perform in industry. The pass percentage is 70% the exams will be hard invigilation is very strict.

Around 80 percent students were placed in our course. TCS, HCl, Google, etc. were top recruiters. 85% students get internship Google, TCS, hcs, mindtree Trainee engineer is the top role offered. Most of the company visits for training purpose they have done some programs during the final year and trained the students to get ready to join company regarding programming knowledge

There are separate hostel facilities for boys and girls. The girls' hostel is on the campus itself. Transportation facilities are available. Cafeteria, library with central AC, and a canteen are available. The quality of facilities in our hostel and the quality of food available in the mess and canteen is good. Medical facilities are also effective. We get an immediate response from the medical department. There are sports and games, and the students who are interested can play. We have 3 PETs to guide students. We have national-level students too.

The faculty members are very helpful and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is awesome. They clearly explain our doubts. Students are ready for internships. The faculty members are very strict. The pass percentage is 75%.

I am from engineering. There are about 135 students in our course. The top recruiting companies came here, and students got placed in TCS, Wipro, IBM, Accenture, Infosys, Amazon etc. The highest package offered to students was 20 LPA, and the lowest package offered to students was 3.5 LPA.

The GC college silchar is a very big college in silchar town. We have a very big ground where everyone sits under trees and spends time. There is labs, library, sports center, ncc, nss, etc available. It is located inside the town you will get very affordable food outside. Canteen food is good.

I have done my bachelor degree in bengali honours. The teachers are very good at teaching and they take classes on priority. Some may cancel the class but it's the students who doesn't attend. There are many activities happen in the college.

There is no campus placement available. The college does not invite companies or institutions to hire students for different opening. We may see this development in the future. So I can not provide any information about the percentage or quality of placements as it is not available.

As a state university gauhati college has all the facilities and infrastructure. The classroom have good ventilation light, white boards, wifi, but no smart boards. The living spaces are clean nd food is hygienic. They are all used and well maintained.

I completed my Masters degree in bengali and the teachers were good at teaching. if you don't understand any topic you can ask in the class and they actually like it to keep the class engaged. The curriculum was updated and includes all the recent developments.

There is no good placements for our department almost nothing. They provide good placements for mba and all courses and the salary range is okay okay. The placements should work on providing everyone at least a small or big opportunity.

The institute is autonomous so the college is free to change its syllabus and able to take exams on any decided date without depending on university. The attendance policy is of 75% but students are pressured to come to classes and labs daily.
