Among the most prestigious academic institutions in 2006 is Genba Sopanrao Moze Trust's Parvatibai Genba Moze College of Engineering, Pune. It is an affiliated institution with its campus at Wagholi, Pune that covers an attractive area of more than 10 acres. PGMCOE has also been accredited by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council and is also approved by the All India Council for Technical Education. It provides 8 courses under 3 degrees with an enrolment strength of 1,905 and faculty 21. Courses Parvatibai Genba Moze College of Engineering offers quite a few courses of varied kinds. They include 6 undergraduate programmes in engineering and 2 postgraduate programmes. The BE programmes comprise Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Electronics and Telecommunication, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, and Artificial Intelligence and Data Science. Apart from its postgraduate courses, PGMCOE offers MBA and MCA. All its courses are full-time with a total 600 seats across all its specialisations. Duration of BE programmes is four years while for MBA and MCA it is two years.

Admission into the PGMCOE is primarily on merit. The college takes scores of any national-level entrance examination, like the Joint Entrance Examination, popularly known as JEE Main, in the case of programmes at the level of engineering. It takes MHT CET scores for state-level admissions.
