Sheth Shri I.M. Patel College of Education has 50 intakes for the Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) programme. Admission for 50 seats is also conducted for the Master of Education (M.Ed) programme. The M.Ed admission procedure mimics the B.Ed approach to merit admission, taking into account qualifying examination marks, which are usually in a Bachelors for Education or related fields. Entrance exam scores may also be included as determined by state government or university policy.
The Diploma in Elementary Education Course (D.El.Ed) has 50 seats. The admission procedure for D.El.Ed follows the same merit-based approach as the other programmes. The student performance is considered based on the qualifying examination, which is usually at a higher secondary (10+2) level. The college, however, may conduct entrance exams or follow other selection processes as mandated by the state government or UT administration.
