In 2001, Sri Vasavi Engineering College, Tadepalligudem, was established and is autonomous. This college is approved as per AICTE norms and is a Co-Ed. This college is affiliated with Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Kakinada. The college offers Diploma., undergraduate and postgraduate courses to students who want to pursue in the fields of Computer Science Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Technology, Production Engineering Management, Business Administration and others.
Sri Vasavi Engineering College, Tadepalligudem, also called SVEC, Tadepalligudem, courses including Diploma, B.E/B.Tech., M.E/M. Tech. and M.B.A. Admission into these courses is given based on the scores acquired by the students in the AP-POLYCET/ AP-EAMCET/AP-PGECET/GATE/APICET exams. Aspirants are advised to meet the SVEC, Tadepalligudem cut-off as prescribed by the management of the college, wherever applicable.
The college also has a placement cell, which offers its students placement opportunities in diploma, undergraduate, and postgraduate courses with a good salary package. Students are provided with SVEC, Tadepalligudem scholarships to meet the financial needs during the academic year. quit good but there is no proper ground for students and they don't provide any wifi facility for students and they provide hygenic in college the living spaces are good and they provide all neccesary infrastructure for students

My college infrastructure was very good Having good class room library having good environment . Having a very good buildings and classroom and good examination hall one of the best play ground where I practice cricket

Infrastructure is decent. Free Wifi facility in the campus. 24×7 library. No timing restrictions in the hostels. Lawns, gardens, shooting range, alumni house, guest house, swimming pool, badminton, basketball and tennis courts facilities also available. All facilities are well maintained and hygienic plus the campus is really beautiful
