Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Computer Science and Engineering is a four-year full-time undergraduate program recognized by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and offered by the Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Kakinada.

Eligibility Criteria

A Candidate for admission to the four-year degree course in Engineering must have passed the Intermediate examination of the Board of Intermediate Education, Government of Andhra Pradesh with Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry as optional subjects, or any other examination recognized by the University as equivalent thereto.

Admission Details

All the eligible applicants for admission into the First Year shall have to qualify in the EAMCET Examination conducted by the Govt. of AP. The candidates will be admitted strictly in accordance with the merit secured at the Entrance Examination keeping in view the rules in force regarding the reservations of seats of various categories of candidates.

College Infrastructure

Our college has a separate block for library, which is well-maintained, and many books are useful for not only our studies but also preparation for many competitive exams like GATE, etc. For each block, there is a separate Wi-Fi which is very fast. Our classrooms and labs are in a good environment. Though I'm not a hosteller, I can tell about food quality, which is best. Our college supports all kinds of games such as cricket, basketball, etc. Our college also conducts cricket tournaments every year. Medical facilities and gym are also available in our college.

Good infrastructure and placements.

SVEC College provides good facilities and infrastructure that support both academic and personal development. The classrooms are spacious, equipped with projectors, and Wi-Fi is available across the campus to help students access study material easily. The computer labs and department-specific labs are well-maintained and upgraded with the latest software and systems, ensuring students gain practical knowledge along with theory.

College Infrastructure

The college is situated near paddy fields. The cold breeze from the fields is very pleasant. The college has separate hostels for both boys and girls. I don't know much about hostel food but it is fine. It has some good rooms and the hostel fee is also very low.
