Sri Vatsa College of Education, Mettamalai, is a well-known college for teacher training and education. Degree-wise Admission Process
B.Ed (Bachelor of Education):
The B.Ed program at Sri Vatsa College of Education is a two-year full-time course aimed at educating the students in a teaching career. The college has 100 seats made available for this course competing intensely. The admission for the B.Ed. program is on a merit basis placing emphasis on the marks obtained at the qualifying examination. Usually, the eligibility criteria are:
1. A bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification from a recognized university.
2. Minimum percentage of marks in the qualifying examination as per the norms set by the affiliated university and state government.
