Yes, my college has most of the necessary infrastructure and facilities. We have well-equipped labs for our branch, smart classrooms, a central library with good reference books, and reliable Wi‑Fi across campus Classrooms are spacious, well‑lit and equipped with projectors or smart boards, whiteboards and Wi‑Fi for ICT‑based teaching.
I am doing BA ENG the quality of teaching in my college is quite good. Most of the faculty are well‑qualified and explain concepts clearly using examples, presentations and practical sessions, and they are approachable for doubts outside class. They also conduct assignments, projects and sometimes extra sessions to help us understand subjects better and connect them with industry requirements
The quality of placements in my college is moderate with a dedicated placement cell that brings in companies from IT/services/core, as applicable. A reasonable percentage of eligible students get placed every year with decent starter packages, and the college conducts training sessions, mock interviews and aptitude classes to improve our chances
It cost around 50,000 per year Yes, I do feel I am getting my money’s worth because the college offers good teaching quality with supportive faculty and an updated curriculum that helps in making us job‑ready
Campus is clean, green and moderately sized with good labs, classrooms and sports facilities; main drawback is [e.g., limited parking or small canteen Students engage in cultural fests, technical events, sports, NSS/NCC, clubs for music/coding and workshops
the college administration is responsive to student feedback through regular meetings and suggestion boxes, and faculty mentoring helps with career guidance. Overall, it's a supportive environment for holistic growth despite minor areas for improvement.
1 Yes, the college has all the necessary infrastructure, facilities, and equipment 2 The college has approximately all the facilities in the classroom, like a smart board and a blackboard, but the wifi is too slow 3 ya the campus and canteen are hygienic
1 I am studying in B.Com Accounts Hours. The quality is good of teaching is good 2 NEP updates our curriculum every year, I guess the syllabus is easy a not very hard, even if you study for 1 week before exam, you score good makrs
1. We have an average placement of 2-3 lac pr annum placement 2. The present will be i guess 80% maybe, i don't know about the highest offered 3. i have no idea about the placement process of placement
1 it costs 45k per year for my course 2 ya it's worth of money
1 our campurs is good, not the best, but good. There are lots of activities like sports and dance and many programs and clubs 2 yes teachers are supportive, its location is good its in the main road , it is safe, and also handles emergencies
the is pretty good and decent, not the best it has lot of clubs and events
the infrastructure is good, college provides good working condition smart boards in each class which makes it easy for teachers to teach students and as well as for the students to learn with a good practical explanation and the most important thing the classrooms are not small or congested. College too provides wifi facilities, gym centre for the hostel students and labs for practical works with all necessary equipments. But some times rarely there are non working conditions computers which doesn't work properly
currently I am student bcom hons in accounts were our college has more number of students compared to another departments. one of the the best college for its placement and the facilities provided is the St. Xavier's College, Ranchi. We are also provided with the extra courses such as tally, computer courses to enhance more skills in this field.
Placement in this college is decent and fair according to the other colleges in Ranchi and for the placements of this college students from different city in Jharkhand takes admission in this college. As per my seniors the average package offered is INR 5-7 LPA. 40-50% of the students are placed which is a decent percent.
As I give 40k for the bcom hons course yearly for 2 semesters . And I feel this is the decent amount which I pay for the college facilities provided to me as with academics we get to indulge in other curriculum activities and join different clubs as per our preferences to enjoy and as well as enhance our skills more in other fields other than academics. With studies we enhance and get active in other fields.
college as 3 canteens which provides good meals with that we have 4-5 different extra curricular clubs to get joined ourselves with our preferences, college has medical room too for emergency and opposite to the college there is a hospital in case of any emergency, gym centre playground court labs everything is provided.
decent college with decent placement and good infrastructure and good faculties
Well developed infrastructure facilities supported by lavish compound area and classrooms having all essential requirements for academic purpose Parking areas are provided and the canteen maintains hygienic conditions.
The institute owns highly qualified and dedicated professionals who makes sure that a good learning environment is maintained in the classroom and the courses followed are genuinely helpful as the classes conducted are very interactive.
The college organises various campus placement drives attracting top recruiters offering opportunities to the students in order to gain practical experience and insights about the relevant industries and their functionalities.
Well-maintained campus, state-of-the-art classrooms, and appropriate library. Simulation retail labs provide practical exposure, but Wi-Fi may improve. Recreation facilities and cafeteria are satisfactory.
Supply chain, sales, and inventory management course-oriented but without e-commerce and digital retailing orientation. Industry-oriented faculty but with opportunities for internship space in retailing brands that could be created.
Best of the students get placements, primarily retail management, sales, and marketing positions at ₹3-6 LPA. MNC companies give limited placements, but Indian and local chain retail companies give placements in big numbers.
The fee structure is affordable, and the program is industry-specific, so it is a decent investment for the students who aim to work for the retail industry. Students aiming to work at high-paying corporate sectors need to do additional certifications.
Easy networking is facilitated by strong industry connections. Regular case study competitions and brand strategy competitions facilitate learning. Cultural activities, student clubs, and sports events add to campus life.

College really makes you feel good with the infrastructure as this really made with good looking view. College having seminar hall, separate auditorium, better hostel facilities also available but for boys only.
The quality of teaching really makes you updated with good quality of knowledge and teaching. Teachers are supportive and friendly in nature. They makes us ready for the jobs in different profile as per specified.
Placement opportunities are not much good they are just an average only. The average salary package and highest salary package are 3-5 LPA only. Almost 60 percent of the students are placed in different companies with the same salary package.
College having all the available facilities needed by students. There are seminar hall, library , medical facilities , sport facilities. Hostel facilities are under construction with gym and good hygiene food available.
Quality of education and quality of teaching both are highly important and satisfactory at this college as whole department having best faculty and staff who helps , support all the students in all manner.
Quality of placement is also too good with better salary offered as almost 90 percent of students from my batch got the good placement package. Average salary package is 5-6LPA and college is also supportive to us.
Here all necessary things are available here but all things are not well maintained. Hostel are not so good. Here wifi is available. 2-3 playgrounds are available in the campus. Many cafeteria and food court are available here. Foods are hygienic and good.
The college’s emphasis on critical thinking and problem-solving skills is evident across all disciplines. Assignments and projects are designed to push students to think beyond the textbook, fostering creativity and innovation. This approach has prepared me well for real-world challenges
The college's placement statistics are impressive, with many students receiving multiple job offers. The career services team was always available to assist with job applications and interview preparations, making the transition from college to the workforce smooth
Good hostel Wi-Fi is available, 3 canteens are there, and we have two basketball courts, one volleyball court, and one badminton court. The hostels are available only for boys in the reserved category, though you will find good hostels near the college.
Semester exams are on the easier sides. One can easily pass by - a night study before exams. The questions are mostly from previous years, and model question papers. Classes are also done in exam oriented manner. The pass percentage is around 90% for B.Sc students.
Placement Of St Xaviers College, Ranchi is good Around 7 Lacs maximum package was offered in BSc by St Xavier's college Ranchi and minimum 3-4 Lacs was offered. Students do get chance and opportunities for paid and good internships in our college. We get a lot of internship opportunities

Hey there
As I have searched Saint Xaviers College of Ranchi doesn't offer Master of Social Work to the students. Undergraduate and postgraduate courses which are offered in the Saint Xaviers College of Ranchi are are bachelor of arts Bachelor of Commerce master of Arts master of Commerce and master of journalism and media communication.
Hi,
It's a little different for both the colleges.
If you are willing to take admission in St. Xavier's College, Ranchi, then you have to appear for the entrance exam conducted by the college. The selection process is based on the marks obtained in the entrance exam. So, the board exam cut-off does not matter. However, candidates will be eligible to apply for admissions to this college only if he/she gets a minimum aggregate of 50% in 12th board exam from a recognized institute.
Candidates willing to take admission in Calcutta University should have completed 12th boards from a recognized institute with a minimum aggregate of 50%. The candidate has to apply to the respective colleges under Calcutta University & wait for the counselling process to begin. The cut off for BA Geography Hons. in Calcutta University cannot be predicted this year due to the confusion in the board exam results of the various boards but if you have got around 85% & above then you have a probability of getting a seat. Having said that, you should apply for your choice of college & wait for the counselling process to begin, you may get a seat.
Hope this helps.
