St. Xavier's College, Ranchi had the core infrastructure needed for a commerce program during 2008. We had well-ventilated classrooms, a central library, computer labs, and sports facilities. Hostel facilities were available for boys and girls. Rooms were basic but liveable. Food in the mess was simple, hygienic, and manageable - typical hostel quality. Clean drinking water was provided. SXC Ranchi gave us a solid academic environment with good faculty and core facilities. Infrastructures was traditional but well-maintained. It may not match today's smart-campus standards, but it delivered everything needed for a strong B.Com Accounts foundation.

Around 30-60% students got placed, mostly in TCS, Wipro, ICICI, Genpact. Highest package was 3.6-6 LPA, average 1.8-3 LPA. College placement cell was supportive but you couldn't fully rely on it - many opted for higher studies or off-campus jobs.

B.Com Accounts cost roughly INR 10,000 - 15,000 per year for general category. Total for 3 years was around INR 43,000 - 45,000. Fees were very affordable. For the cost, the quality and reputation were definitely money's worth.

Big green campus in central Ranchi with colonial main building, playground, and good library. Best : peaceful, disciplined. Worst : outdated infra - no WiFi/smart boards, limited hostel. Activities : Sports, fests, NCC, NSS, debates, cultural clubs. Students were competitive, teachers strict but helpful, staff cooperative. Location : Central, safe, well-connected. Could handle basic emergencies with first-aid + Sadar Hospital nearby.

SXC Ranchi gave me strong fundamentals and discipline. Faculty was strict but supportive, classes were regular, and the library was excellent. Campus life was active with fests, sports, and clubs. Helped me build confidence for higher studies and professional exams.

Infrastructure is really good, if we talk about the classrooms, they are good having fans and spacious area, library is there in the college, playground for players and a clean and hygienic canteen, all basic things are present

Teaching quality is incredible, professors are knowledgeful and have enormous things to convey in class, curriculum is updated and recent developments of the subject taught, my course makes me job ready

Placement is quite good, having average salary around 4 lakhs per annum offered to students. Around 60-70 percentage students got placement, highest salary offered to my department is around 14 lakhs per annum, college is supportive in placement process

College has a well maintained and student friendly campus with smart classrooms laboratories a central library wifi facilities sports grounds auditorium medical facilities and hygiene canteens classrooms are spacious and equipped regular classes

Academics is good faculty members are experienced teachers are generally supportive approachable and focused on conceptual learning curriculum followd NEP guidelines and skill enhancement and vocational courses regular classes

Placements are good considered among the better options in ranchi particularly for B.com BBA BCA IT and management related courses active placement cell and attracts recruiters such as deloitte tcs Infosys

Infrastructure of the college is good with smart class library laboratories wifi sports facilities cafeteria seminar halls and auditorium are available campus are clean well maintained and spacious they are all well maintained

Placements are considered average to decent better opportunities are reported for B.Com BCA IT and management related coursed Placements cells provides active training sessions workshops and career guidance

Several reputed companies visit the campus for recruitment and internship opportunities the placement cell actively conducts training sessions aptitude workshops and career guidance programs college provides a supportive environment for career growth and professional development

Infrastructure is very good, all the basic things present in college whether it is library, playing area, various equipments wifi facility, smart boards. The college is very clean. Classrooms are also accomodating type, having fans.

One of the best college in terms of academics, teachers are very good, friendly with the students, also teachers have a lot of information about their subject , curriculum is updated makes the students job ready

In my opinion, the infrastructure of college is best in the City. Playground is very huge and classrooms are too very big in size, no hostel facility, Smart boards are present in classes. The whole college is very clean and green.

Academics of college is excellent, professors are well qualified having enormous knowledge about the subject, our curriculum makes us job ready and curriculum is updated. I am studying B. Com in the college because the faculty of college is well qualified and experienced.

One of the best college in infrastructure having all the things which is required like library, playground, smart boards in classrooms etc. The thing is that all the things, like smart boards are properly working, clean and well maintained playground.

Academics of college is good, whether quality of teaching or curriculum updation. My favourite is that teachers give relevant and recent examples related to topics, which is very easy to understand by the students
