This college for men and women currently based in Pindra, Garhwa, Jharkhand is spread over an area of 3 acres to provide a conducive environment for the students wanting to become teachers. The college is an affiliated institution and got recognition from the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE), college offers quality standards in teacher education. These courses are meant to serve teaching certification programmes from basic to advanced levels of teacher education. The total approved intake for all courses combined is 200 but this is shared between the three programmes.
