• Marksheets of qualifying examinations (10+2 for D.El.Ed and Bachelor of any degree for B.Ed)

Degree wise Admission Process

D.El.Ed (Diploma in Elementary Education): The D.El.Ed program is a two-year, full-time course having an intake of 100 seats in Uttarayan College of Education. Merit-wise admission based on marks obtained in the qualifying examination is the basis for admission to this program. And possibly the college be instituting this entrance test or other selection processes according to its state government or UT Administration policy. Students need to complete their 10+2 or other equivalent examination under a recognized board to be eligible for this program.

B.Ed (Bachelor of Education): The B.Ed program also lasts for two years and is on a full-time base, offering 50 seats. Its mode of admission is similar to that of the D.El.Ed. Based on the merit determined by their marks in qualifying examination and/or performance in entrance examination, the B.Ed candidates are selected. The admission policies of the state government and the corresponding university are strictly adhered to by the college for this program. Their graduates must usually have a bachelor's degree from a recognized university, regardless of the subject discipline.
