Appa Institute of Engineering and Technology (AIET) was set up in the year 2002, is one of the leading engineering colleges situated at Gulbarga, Karnataka. This co-educational institute is associated with the Visvesvaraya Technological University, and it provides any engineering course. AIET Gulbarga or VGTM is popularly known, is affiliated to AICTE which stands for All India Council for Technical Education which makes it assure to deliver quality education in the filed of Engineering. The admission policy of AIET Gulbarga is very much completes for the state government of Karnataka and other regulatory compliances. Prospective students can gain admission through two primary entrance exams: the Karnataka Common Entrance Test (KCET) and the Consortium of Medical, Engineering and Dental Colleges of Karnataka Under Graduate Entrance Test (COMEDK UGET). These exams are generally taken once a year, while KCET is taken between April and May and COMEDK UGET between May and June.
