The diploma course is established under the Haryana Board of School Education (HBSE), Bhiwani, and is affiliated with NCTE-Jaipur and SCERT-Gurugram. Candidates who have completed their 10+2 or equivalent examination are eligible to apply for the D.El.Ed program.
