CICS College of Teacher Education takes students based on a combination of governmental admissions on the basis of merit and management selection. Under merit-based admission systems, fairness and inclusiveness are ensured and quality teacher education is provided.
Among all available programs, B.Ed. is mostly considered for admission. The real admission procedure takes with the academic year. The candidates must meet the eligibility criteria set by the University of Calicut, the NCTE, and the Government of Kerala.
B.Ed. Admission criteria shall be:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent from a duly recognized university.
Minimum percentage of marks required by the university and the NCTE.
To be considered for government merit seat, other eligibility criteria must be fulfilled.
Government Merit Seat:
The application is to be made through the centralized admission process of the Government of Kerala.
Follow the application procedure and last date declared by the Government.
The allotment of seats will be done based on the respective merit list prepared by the state.
The candidates must join the college for document verification and admission.
Management Quota Seats:
Watch for advertisements of the College calling for applications.
Obtain the application form from the college office or any other duly authorized source.
Fill out the application form with all relevant personal and academic details concerning the candidate.
Attach the required documents and pay the application fee.

Degree certificates and mark sheets of qualifying examinations.
Transfer Certificate; Migration Certificate (if applicable).

B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education):
Duration: 2 years
Seat Intake: 50 seats every year
